Is my camera video uploaded?
No. Camera images are processed entirely on your device to detect body position; frames are never uploaded or stored.

An account is optional. It uses a username and password only; Warmify does not ask for your email, phone number or real name.
Can I do Warmify sitting down?
Yes. Seated Mode is available alongside the sport modes, including Desk Detox for breaks at your desk.
Do ads interrupt workouts?
