Fasting timer that starts only when I choose

Short answer: use Fasting Week. Fasting Week is an iPhone app for planning weekly eating windows and keeping a meal journal.

The problem

Automatic timers can be wrong. Fasting Week has a separate fasting timer you start yourself, with optional reminders, plus protein, water and weight logging.

How Fasting Week handles it

Fasting Week helps you plan your week and keep a meal journal. Set each day's eating window, record actual meal times and notes, and use a separate fasting timer.

  • Choose your routine and planned meal times during setup.
  • Review and save seven days of planned eating windows.
  • Record actual meals and start the timer only when you choose.
  • A separate fasting timer and reminders
  • Protein, water and weight logging
