Who We Are
Warm Up & AI Workout – Warmify is developed and published by ODEL DEV LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 US. ODEL DEV LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. The app this policy covers is published on the app stores as “Warm Up & AI Workout – Warmify” and “Warm Up Fitness Game – Warmify”, application identifier com.odel.warmify. Data Collection
Warm Up & AI Workout – Warmify collects the following, and nothing else:
- Camera images, processed entirely on your device to detect your body position. Frames are never uploaded, never stored and never leave the phone.
- An optional account: a username you choose and a password, stored only as a cryptographic hash. We do not ask for your email address, phone number or real name.
- Your nickname and the avatar frame you pick, shown on leaderboards and on the television.
- Fitness activity you generate in the app: finished workouts, repetitions, scores, streaks and levels.
- Purchase history: which subscription or item you bought, so the app knows what you own.
- App interactions: which screens and features you use, and whether a workout was completed.
- Device identifiers, including the advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), and the country your device reports.
Data Usage
We use what we collect only for these purposes:
- To run the workout: counting repetitions, scoring form and showing your figure on the phone and on the television.
- To keep your progress, streaks, badges and leaderboard position across your devices when you have an account.
- To deliver what you paid for and to restore purchases.
- To measure how the app is used and which advertisement brought a new user, so we know where to spend.
Data Sharing
We share the following with the following partners, and with nobody else. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with data brokers.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — device identifier, advertising identifier and app events (installs, completed workouts, purchases), for advertising measurement and analytics. Meta’s policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Apple Inc. — the Apple Ads attribution token and SKAdNetwork postbacks, which tell us which advertisement led to an install. Apple’s policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
- Apple and Google — as the operators of the App Store and Google Play, they process your purchases. We never see your payment card.
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for:
- Camera images: not retained at all. They are analysed frame by frame on the device and discarded immediately; nothing is written to disk or sent to a server.
- Account data (username, password hash, nickname): kept for as long as the account exists. Deleting the account removes it immediately and permanently.
- Workout history, scores, streaks and leaderboard entries: kept for as long as the account exists, and deleted with it. Without an account this data stays only on your device.
- Purchase records: kept for as long as the subscription is active, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep the record of the sale.
- Analytics and advertising-attribution events tied to a device identifier: kept for at most 24 months, then deleted.
- Support emails you send us: kept for at most 24 months after the conversation ends.
Deleting Your Data
You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time:
- In the app, open Settings → Your account → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. Your account, your workout history and your leaderboard entries are deleted from our servers immediately and cannot be restored.
- If you cannot open the app, email [email protected] from any address with your @username. We verify ownership, delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.
- Playing without an account leaves no personal data on our servers at all: deleting the app removes everything it stored on your device.
Purchases are held by Apple and Google, not by us; manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store or Google Play account settings. Records of a completed sale are kept for the period tax law requires even after an account is deleted.
Data Protection
We implement security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Data in transit is encrypted.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
Warmify is rated for general audiences but is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
App Tracking Transparency
Warm Up & AI Workout – Warmify uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework to ask your permission before tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when the app's data practices change. This version was last updated on 3 September 2026.
