ODEL DEV LLC is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Welcome to the Privacy Policy for Kids Games: Cooking & Cat Care. This document reflects our commitment to protecting your privacy and handling your data with care and respect.
Data Collection
How Kids Games: Cooking & Cat Care handles your information:
- Character names chosen by a parent or child, character and pet appearance, game progress, purchased-content status and app settings (sound, music, narration, play-time limits) are stored only on the device. They are not sent to ODEL DEV LLC or any analytics service.
- The app has no account registration and does not ask children for an email address, phone number, photo or location. It does not use the camera, microphone, photo library or contacts.
- The app contains no advertising, no analytics SDK and no tracking. It does not request the advertising identifier or App Tracking Transparency permission.
- Optional narration uses the text-to-speech voice built into the device's operating system.
- If you voluntarily contact support, we receive your email address and the message you choose to send.
Data Usage
Information is used only for these purposes:
- Local information is used only to run the game: showing your characters and pets, saving progress and applying parent settings.
- Store transaction information provided by Apple is used on the device to unlock purchased chapters and packs and to restore purchases.
- Support correspondence is used only to answer your request.
Data Sharing
The app does not automatically share locally stored content. The following actions may involve external services:
- Apple processes subscriptions and one-time purchases using your App Store account. We do not receive your payment card details or your Apple ID.
- Your operating system may include local app data in device backups according to your settings. ODEL DEV LLC does not operate servers that store game data.
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for:
- Local game data remains on the device until a parent deletes it in the app's parent area or the app is removed.
- Purchase records are kept by Apple under its own terms.
- Support correspondence is retained while resolving the request, then for up to 24 months after closure unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires otherwise.
Deleting Your Data
You can remove local app data and request deletion of support correspondence:
- Open the parent area (behind the parental gate) to delete characters, pets or all local save data.
- Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored game data from the device.
- Deleting local data does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store account settings.
- Email [email protected] to request deletion of support correspondence. We respond within 30 days.
There is no Pofino account to delete. ODEL DEV LLC cannot see, recover or remotely delete game data stored on your device.
Data Protection
Game data is stored inside the app's sandbox on the device. Protect access to your device; data can be lost if the app is removed without a device backup.
User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information. You also have the right to object to or restrict certain types of data processing, and to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
Pofino is designed for young children to play with a parent or guardian nearby. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children: the game stores its information only on the device, and purchases, settings and external links are behind a parental gate. If you believe a child's personal information was sent to us through support, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
App Tracking Transparency
Pofino does not track users across apps or websites, does not collect advertising identifiers, shows no ads and contains no third-party analytics.
Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when the app's data practices change. The version you are reading was last updated on 11 October 2026.
