About Cluekin

Cluekin (formerly Nesi Var), application identifier com.odel.nesivar, is an offline team word game developed by ODEL DEV LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801 US. This policy covers the iOS and Android app. Contact info@odel.dev for privacy questions or support@odel.dev for app support.

Game information on your device

Cluekin does not require an app account. Team names, game settings, language choices, round scores, score history and unlocked-pack information are stored on your device. The game does not send this game content to our servers. There is no in-app chat or public player profile. Device backup and restore settings may include local app data.

Optional purchases

Optional card packs are one-time in-app purchases processed by Apple App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. The stores handle payment details under their own privacy policies. Cluekin receives purchase and product information needed to unlock and restore packs, including product identifiers and store transaction or purchase tokens. It does not receive your payment-card number. Purchase entitlements are stored locally; the store may retain its own transaction history. Internet access is needed to load prices, purchase or restore packs.

Android services

Android 1.0.5 and later integrate Google AdMob for optional monetization through ads between completed matches. Android 1.0.4 has no advertising SDK. The app also uses Google Play Billing for optional purchases and Google Play in-app review when you choose to rate it. Google handles these services under https://policies.google.com/privacy. Cluekin does not receive your Google account password or payment-card details.

Advertising

Eligible free players may see a Google AdMob interstitial when leaving completed-match results. Ads never interrupt an active timed turn. Players with a known pack purchase are excluded from ads. If consent, purchase eligibility or an ad is unavailable, play continues without an ad.

Links, sharing and support

When you choose to share a score, your device share sheet sends the content you select to the app or recipient you choose. When you open an external website, its privacy policy applies. If you email us, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide and use them to respond to your request. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Retention and deletion

Local game data stays on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app, subject to your operating system backup settings. Removing the app does not remove store purchase records. Apple, Google and advertising partners retain information they process according to their respective policies. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. To request deletion of support correspondence or exercise applicable privacy rights, contact info@odel.dev. There is no Cluekin account to delete.

Families and children

Cluekin can be played together by families and includes an optional kids card pack. Children should use the app with a parent or guardian, who should manage store purchases and device privacy settings. We do not ask children to create an account or submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information in a support message, contact info@odel.dev so that we can address the request.

Security and your choices

Your device security protects locally stored game data. Store purchases use the platform purchase system. You can control backups, permissions and purchase authorization in your device settings. No system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you; contact info@odel.dev.

Policy updates

We update this page when app features or data practices change. This policy describes both iOS and Android version 1.0.5 and later, and identifies the earlier Android 1.0.4 behavior where it differs.
