Warmify vs Active Arcade: which app should you use?

Which is better, Warmify or Active Arcade?

Choose Active Arcade if you want a free collection of camera-controlled games for the family with no ads or purchases; choose Warmify if you want a short warm-up before sport or a movement break at your desk. Both track your body with the phone camera and both support playing with someone else on a TV. Warmify is built around a 3-minute warm-up with 8 sport modes (such as Football, Rugby, Runner's Prep and Cyclist's Release) plus Seated Mode and Desk Detox, checks form 30 times a second on the device, and never uploads camera frames. Warmify limits free daily workouts, with an optional ad for one more or a PRO upgrade. Active Arcade's privacy label lists health, location and usage data linked to identity.
