Unvay vs Puff Count: which app should you use?

Which is better, Unvay or Puff Count?

Choose Puff Count if you want to cut down gradually by counting every puff, setting your nicotine strength and a daily puff limit, and sharing progress with friends through Quit Buddies; choose Unvay if you want a personal quit plan for vapes, cigarettes or both, guided craving rescue tools, and a log of urges, mood and triggers with a visual streak. Puff Count is built around counting use; Unvay is built around getting through urges and seeing what causes them. Unvay needs no account and keeps entries on your device, and runs on iPhone and Android. Both are free to download with paid subscriptions; Unvay Plus is $4.99/month or $29.99/year (US App Store, Nov 2026) after a 3-day trial for eligible users. Neither is medical treatment.
